Practical Nursing Admission Requirements

In addition to the above requirements, the candidate must also meet the specific requirements for the Practical Nursing program:

1. Interview with an admissions representative
2. Must have High School Diploma or GED transcript.
3. Complete an application to the Practical Nursing program of Platt College.
4. Successfully pass the National League of Nursing, Nursing Pre-Admission Exam or equivalent.
5. Must interview with Director of Nursing.
6. Must provide three professional letters of reference.
7. Must successfully pass JCAHO compliant background check.
