Platt College Moore is a recently renovated gorgeous 25,000 square
foot campus with ample free parking. Park on the East side of the building
and enter the east doors. This new campus completed in early 2006 was
designed to be a peaceful learning environment conducive to students
pursuing their educational, career and personal goals and dreams.
This campus is conveniently located near Downtown Moore, Oklahoma
just East of Interstate I-35, on Eastern Ave. We are on the N.W. corner
of Main and Eastern, directly across the street (to the west) of Moore
High School.. Close by are the Public Library, great restaurants and
shops. Next door to our North, there is ample housing, with a brand
new state of the art Apartment Complex being constructed adjacent to
an existing apartment complex. There are also many houses for rent
in the area.
The campus is open Monday-Thursday 8-7 (later by appt.) and Fridays 8-4
Pastry Arts Classes meet Monday-Friday 9-3.
Practical Nursing Classes are Monday-Friday 8-4 (Hours will vary when
students are on clinicals).
Business Accounting Classes meet Monday-Friday from 8:30-1:30.
Legal Office Administration Classes meet Monday-Friday 8:30-1:30.
Legal Assistant/Paralegal Classes meet Monday-Friday 8:30-1:30.
Medical Insurance & Billing Classes meet Monday-Friday 8:30-1:30.
This beautiful campus features an on site library, computer lab, and
Coffee Shop open to the public. Patrons will have complimentary
wireless internet access at The Bistro, which will be a casual European
concept, featuring fresh baked breads, pastries, deserts and Starbucks
beverages. We will also be serving delicious House made soups, sandwiches,
pastas and fresh salads. Look for the doors of the Bistro to open in
the Fall of 2006, for breakfast and lunch Monday-Saturday. This Bistro
will allow our Pastry Arts students the opportunity to observe the
daily operations and management of a restaurant and bakery.
Our Pastry Arts graduates are prepared for employment as assistant
bakers and pastry chefs in luxury hotels, resorts, cruise ships, fine
dining restaurants, country clubs, universities, catering companies,
bakeries, hospitals, professional sports venues, stadiums and much
more!
